NebulaVox is a lead generation and marketing analytics platform that provides AI-powered insights, lead tracking, market research tools, and campaign optimization services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with pricing based on qualified leads generated.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

The Service is provided on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis. Pricing ranges from $30 to $100 per qualified lead, depending on your chosen plan and lead qualification criteria. Payment is due monthly for leads generated in the previous billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NebulaVox and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms and services. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NebulaVox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NebulaVox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
